Who is the intended audience for my film? Why? What are their moviegoing habits? How will I get them to see my movie? My intended audience are people that love to watch scary movies or like to think things out when it comes to mystery. I want viewers that are curious on who may be the killer or what is going to happen next throughout the film. My main goal of the film is to also have viewers that are scared of scary things because while watching, it makes it more thrilling. They should be able to watch it and have popcorn next to them but still feel the tension and suspense throughout the film. I will get them to see my movie by simply making it interesting.
What do the titles normally look like for films in my genre (style, size, font, etc.)? What kinds of information do I need to include in the titles? Normally the font is weird and big. The fictional mystery that are mostly for kids are usually in bubble big letters. In the title, it should make sense so that it matches what is expected throughout the film. For example, Scooby doo makes sense but when you watching you see the talking dog that is named Scooby doo.
